L FP Integrated Agri Solutions is a training and sustainable agricultural services enabler that through our Agricultural college and the creation of sustainable farming careers through state-of-the-art Hydroponic, Aeroponic, Aquaculture and conventional Farms. LFP Agri is poised to play a critical role in developing new emerging farmers, training them and equipping them to start their own agricultural enterprises which will help in improving food security and create employment for a growing Global population. need be. Through our integrated agricultural solutions, LFP Agri aims to alleviate food shortages, spiraling global unemployment and water scarcity by the implementation of smart agricultural hubs, both in urban and rural environments, create youth development mentorship, entrepreneurial and agricultural programs, apply Agri transformational policies and procedures for an all-inclusive agricultural economy.
Our LFP Agri Hubs will also provide youth with the right skills necessary to operate farming enterprises. The students will also gain experience through practical training offered by the Hub. Our Agri Hubs will house Agri Consultants and Experts, Offtake Negotiators and Brokers, as well as hosting round table skills transfer meetings between Macro Commercial Farmers and Small scale and Sub Commercial Farmers in a learning conducive environment. Our Aquaculture Farm at our Gauteng Agri-Hub will produce 60+ tones of tilapia per annum. We will replicate our Agri-Hub model across all provinces.
Our LFP Agri College aims to revolutionize the teaching and training of the Agriculture by providing access to information in a blended learning environment, which combines traditional classroom methods and experiential learning through practical sessions. Our courses are designed with different learning needs in mind and aim to equip students with much needed knowledge and competencies that can be used to bridge the existing skills gaps in the industry. Our one-year qualifications give students the opportunity to develop in-depth skills and experience that are widely recognized across the agricultural sector. Sixty percent of the student will be enrolled through direct public admissions while forty percent of the students will join through corporate funded student learnerships.
